Are the trees healthy?
Yes, I do not offer diseased trees for sale. They are frequently inspected for insects, fungus, and pathogens.
I guarantee that the tree is pretty much as pictured and described as well as healthy and alive when delivered to the shipper. It is shipped insured so intact delivery is covered. Since I have no control after the tree has left my possession I cannot offer any further guarantee. Note: bonsai are living art and will change somewhat as they grow. I do take new pictures if major changes occur.
I accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, and personal check. PayPal processes my credit card sales. You do not have to have a PayPal account.
I will take time payments. I ask for a deposit at the time of the order with the balance paid as arranged. If you change your mind any payments you made are not refundable since the tree was taken off the website and not available for purchase by others. All sales are final except that a full refund will be made if I am not able to ship as agreed.
I am not a professional nurserymen nor do I profess to know the requirements of every state. You should find out if your state requires a phytosanitary certificate, if so I will furnish one at your expense. The most recent cost was $72 and takes about 3 weeks for the inspection and permits. I am not responsible for any costs incurred after we deliver the tree to the shipper.

Check back often since we'll be adding trees on a regular basis.
PayPal processes our credit card sales. You do not have to have a PayPal account. You will be redirected to their SECURE site where you have your choice of using a PayPal account or your preferred credit card.
A note about photos - the appearance of the actual tree may differ slightly from the photo because of minor changes due to normal growth. We take new pictures when there is a substantial change in appearance rather than every time we pinch or prune. The date of the most recent picture is shown in the description.
