Are the trees healthy? Yes, we do not offer diseased trees for sale. They are frequently inspected for insects, fungus, and pathogens.
Is there a guarantee? We guarantee that the tree is pretty much as pictured and described as well as healthy and alive when delivered to the shipper. It is shipped insured so intact delivery is covered. Since we have no control after the tree has left our possession we cannot offer any further guarantee. Note: bonsai are living art and will change somewhat as they grow. We do take new pictures if major changes occur.
How do I pay for it? We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, and personal check. We will take details over the phone, by email, or on our shopping cart. PayPal processes our credit card sales. You do not have to have a PayPal account. We will take time payments. We ask for a deposit at the time of the order with the balance (including packaging and shipping) paid as arranged. If you change your mind any payments you made are not refundable since the tree was taken off the website and not available for purchase by others,
What about phytosanitary certificates? We are not professional nurserymen nor do we profess to know the requirements of every state. If your state requires a phytosanitary certificate we will furnish one at your expense. |
